Common questions

I met “Sabra · BookRunner” in a Zoom call. What was it?

A meeting participant that attends publicly announced investor calls on behalf of a bank using BookRunner. It joins with camera and microphone off, and it does not speak, chat or ask questions. The Sabra for Zoom guide sets out exactly what it records and how a host removes it.

An investor can't sign in to a deal link.

Links are issued to one person and expire. Ask the banker who sent it to reissue, or write to us with the deal name and the address it was sent to.

How do I report a security issue?
