Using BookRunner Direct

For institutional investors who received an issuance from an Arranger: the bank, underwriter, placement agent or fund sponsor running it. Nine steps, then messaging apps.

01
You received a link.

It’s from your Arranger, issued to you, and it expires. Open it on your phone.

02
Sign in.

Choose Microsoft or Google and use your work account. If your firm’s domain isn’t approved yet, you’ll be told; the Arranger that invited you requests it. Nothing is created for a rejected sign-in.

The two sign-in rows on one line of sight: continue with Microsoft, and continue with Google Workspace.
03
Install on iPhone. Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Install on Android. Chrome → menu → Install app.

There’s no app store listing because Direct runs in the browser; the home-screen icon is the app.

The iPhone share-sheet row reading Add to Home Screen beside the Android prompt to install the app.
04
Your deals.

Your deals / Available / Past. A dot means unread. Open a deal to see the deck, the documents, and the conversation.

The deals list under the Your Deals heading, the first deal carrying the dot that marks it unread.
05
Ask a question.

Type in your language. The Deal Desk answers from the deal materials and shows where the answer came from. If your question needs a person, a banker joins the thread.

The last lines of a Deal Desk answer with its citation attached beneath, naming slide nine of the investor presentation.
06
Documents and decks.

Open in the viewer; download where the Arranger allows it. Answers about the deck show the slide.

The cited slide open in the deck viewer, the arrows on either side showing there are other slides.
07
Language and notifications.

Settings → language; Settings → which notifications you want.

08
Sign out.

Signs you out on every device, immediately.

09
Stop.

Turn off notifications in Settings, or ask your Arranger to remove you. In a messaging app, reply STOP — it takes effect immediately for that channel.
