Your Arrangers’ deals, in one place.
BookRunner Direct is where the issuances your Arrangers invite you to arrive. Your Arranger is the bank, underwriter, placement agent or fund sponsor running the offering. You read the deal, open the documents, ask what you need to know, and say when you’re interested — and a banker is behind every reply.
What you can do
- Read the issuance and open the deck and documents.
- Ask questions in your language. Answers come from the deal materials, in seconds, with the page or slide cited.
- Talk to the Deal Desk, which answers from the documents with the Arranger’s bankers behind it, and be handed to a person when it matters.
- Say you’re interested. Receive an update when terms change.
- Choose your language and which notifications you want.
Your analysts’ AI, connected to every data room you’re granted access to.
Until now, investors asked BookRunner and got an answer in seconds. Now Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini read directly from the data room — every document, always the current version — so your research team runs diligence its own way.
Due diligence in days, not weeks.

Two gates, once each.
The first admits your firm to Direct at all: your domain is approved, and that happens one time. The second admits you to a deal, the first time you open it — after that the issuance opens straight into the conversation. Nothing is browsable in between.

One thread, whichever way you answer
A message in a messaging app, a question in the app — it is the same thread, with the same record. Move between them freely.
Your firm’s Microsoft or Google account. No password is created. Your firm’s own sign-in policies apply. If your firm’s domain isn’t approved yet, the Arranger that invited you requests it.
Direct runs in the browser and installs to the home screen; there is nothing to deploy. Allow direct.bookrunner.app and bookrunner.app, and your identity provider’s sign-in domain. HTTPS on 443 only. No VPN.
What Direct stores: your name and corporate email from sign-in, the deals you were invited to, the conversation record. What it doesn’t: your trading credentials, anything about other investors. To stop: turn off notifications, reply STOP in the messaging app, or ask your Arranger to remove you — each takes effect immediately.
