Running an issuance on BookRunner

Anything a guide doesn’t cover:support@bookrunner.app
01
Sign in.

Your work email; you receive a sign-in link. No password. First time: your admin has invited you.

02
Your first issuance.

New issuance → family → documents → disclaimer → investors. The readiness rail on the right lists what’s missing; nothing goes out until it’s green.

03
Going online.

Go Live shows how many investors will be reached and asks for your confirmation. It is recorded, with your name and the time.

04
Pause, edit, resume.

Online means locked. Pause to change a document, a term, or the investor list; resume when done. Closed means frozen for good.

05
The Live Board.

Five columns, book fill, “needs your attention” — with the reason, and a link into the conversation.

06
Replying to an investor.

Shadow, Whisper, Handoff, Side-channel — what each does and what the investor sees.

07
Adding investors.

One at a time, by circle, or by importing an export from your contacts.

08
Outreach.

Templates in English and Hebrew; teaser as PDF or image; QR code for meetings.

09
Updates.

One message to every investor on the issuance when terms change.

10
Closing.

What freezes, and where the Compliance Conversation Report and the teaser are.

11
Settings.

Disclaimer text, messaging provider, default language.
